NMIXX Reschedules Kaohsiung Concert After Typhoon Bavi Forces Safety Change

NMIXX has rescheduled the first night of its Kaohsiung concert stop after Typhoon Bavi disrupted local plans and prompted an official safety measure in the city. The group had been scheduled to perform on Saturday, July 11, as part of its NMIXX 1ST WORLD TOUR <EPISODE 1 : ZERO FRONTIER>, but the show will now take place on Monday, July 13.

JYP Entertainment announced the change on July 10 local time, citing the impact of Typhoon Bavi and a typhoon day declaration for Kaohsiung City by Taiwan’s Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. The decision affects only the first scheduled performance in Kaohsiung.

The revised plan keeps the venue unchanged and gives fans a new timetable for the delayed show. According to the announcement, VIP soundcheck for the rescheduled July 13 performance will begin at 5:00 p.m. local time, followed by the main concert at 7:00 p.m. local time. While the July 11 performance has been moved, NMIXX’s Sunday, July 12 concert in Kaohsiung remains scheduled to go ahead as planned. In its English statement, JYP Entertainment said the change was made after careful consideration with the artist team. The company also apologized to fans who had been looking forward to the Saturday concert and asked for understanding as the schedule shifted in response to the weather situation.
