NCT 127 has secured its ninth entry on the Billboard 200 with the group’s latest album, BLINGY. The release debuted at No. 129 on the main United States albums chart, extending a chart history that now covers nine separate NCT 127 projects.
The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums in the United States, making the new placement a broad measure of the album’s activity in that market. Although the No. 129 debut is one part of the week’s results, its larger significance lies in the group’s repeated ability to return to the chart with successive releases.
A ninth album reaches the Billboard 200
BLINGY follows eight earlier NCT 127 albums that entered the Billboard 200: Regular-Irregular, We Are Superhuman, Neo Zone, Sticker, 2 Baddies, Ay-Yo, Fact Check, and WALK. The list traces a multi-album presence rather than a single breakthrough moment.
Each addition builds a longer record of participation on the main U.S. albums ranking. With BLINGY, NCT 127 has now placed projects from several stages of its discography on the same chart, showing continuity across releases with different concepts, schedules, and promotional cycles.
The achievement is also distinct from a one-week sales result because the Billboard 200 represents the album’s position on a wider popularity chart. Its entry confirms that BLINGY generated enough activity to join the week’s overall field of leading albums in the United States.
BLINGY charts in sales and world music categories
The album posted additional results outside the Billboard 200. BLINGY debuted at No. 3 on the World Albums chart, placing it near the top of a category that highlights albums within the world music field.
It also opened at No. 11 on the Top Album Sales chart. That ranking made BLINGY the 11th best-selling album of the week in the United States, providing a sales-focused view of the release alongside its No. 129 position on the broader Billboard 200.
The two rankings measure different parts of the album’s performance, but together they show where the release was strongest. A top-three World Albums debut gives the project a prominent genre-category position, while the Top Album Sales result places its weekly U.S. sales activity just outside the top 10.
NCT 127 returns to the Artist 100
The week’s chart movement was not limited to the album. NCT 127 re-entered Billboard’s Artist 100 at No. 73. The chart return brought the group’s cumulative total to 55 non-consecutive weeks on the ranking.
That total reflects appearances accumulated over time rather than an uninterrupted 55-week run. Re-entering the Artist 100 during BLINGY‘s debut week connects the new album’s chart activity with renewed visibility for NCT 127 as an act.
Taken together, the results form a three-part U.S. chart picture. BLINGY is NCT 127’s ninth Billboard 200 album, it began at No. 3 on World Albums, and it ranked No. 11 in weekly album sales.
